VidioMeet is a digital, self-hosted infrastructure software product delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software or license has been delivered.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate license revocation. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first.
Payments are processed by our authorized payment partners acting as Merchant of Record. Any approved exceptions are processed by the Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method. VidioMeet does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
