VidioMeet – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of VidioMeet software licenses.

1. All Sales Are Final

VidioMeet is a digital, self-hosted infrastructure software product delivered immediately after purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software or license has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal.

2. Try Before You Buy

Customers are encouraged to evaluate VidioMeet before purchasing. We provide:

  • A free 14-day evaluation period built into the software
  • Documentation covering system requirements and setup
  • Support via email to answer pre-purchase questions

We strongly recommend reviewing the documentation and testing the evaluation version to confirm compatibility with your infrastructure before purchasing a license.

3. Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

To be explicit, refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with the customer's infrastructure
  • Deployment errors or misconfiguration
  • Lack of technical expertise to install or operate the Software
  • Issues arising from third-party software, services, or hosting providers
  • Server downtime, security incidents, or data loss in the customer's environment

4. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund only in the following cases:

  • Non-delivery — the software or license key was not delivered
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase

Exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@techdone.dev with your purchase details. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate license revocation. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our authorized payment partners acting as Merchant of Record. Any approved exceptions are processed by the Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method. VidioMeet does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
